Playing with our emotions
This is our craft of the day, as my daughter is learning more how to deal with her emotions. Last time, after an argument and tantrum about bedtime, she left this drawings in front of her door:
After a good talk, I got this one in front of my bedroom!
Encouraging her to express her feelings is important so she can learn from it and grow. Today, we're having fun creating "emotionsticks"! Plus it is a good writing exercise. By asking your kid to draw all the emotions he/she can think about, you can have fun imagining the story of each stick.
